Ovulation Calendar

Ovulation is the process of release of the ovum that has matured from the womb onwards towards tuba falopi to the fertilized egg. In this process are usually some ova will grow  and mature, ovulation occurs 16 days after the first day of the menstrual cycle or 14 days before the next menstruation.

This is a sign that you ovulate or close to ovulate :

1.       Very passionate

Women will be more passionate when having ovulation, and they are more often associated intimate when high lutein hormone, that is a few days before ovulation heyday.

2.       Breast softened

An increase in body  temperature before you ovulate and will increase  after you ovulate, because the temperature increase occurs due to the hormone progesterone.

6.       Bloating

Your stomach will be enlarged when you are not pregnant, because at the time of ovulations the body will store water retention.

7.       Increased Energy and Sensory Functions

There will be an increase in energy ad sense of smell, the sense of sight and the sense of taste.

8.       Change The Position of Cervical

System Calendar

Determine ovulation using the calendar system there are two ways namely :

1.  Menstrual cycle regular

If are regular mentrual cycle, ovulation take place 14 +1 or 14 – 1 day the next menstruation, it means fertile period last on day 13 to the 15th day before the menstrual date to come.

2. Irregular menstrual cycle

And for an irregular menstrual cycle then it should be noted the lenght of the menstrual cycle for 6 – 12 eyeles, fertile period is determined based on the shortes cycle minus 18, and the longest cycle reduced 11. For example: the longest cycle = 31,while the shortest cycle = 26, then the fertile period can be calculated 31 – 11 = 20, and 26 – 18 = 8, so fertile period last on on day 8 to day 20 in countdown of first menstruation.

For those who have irregular menstrual cycle ovulation period will be longer but it is difficultto know exactly when the egg will come out, in this conditions you can use the ovulation test tools or consulting with a doctor to know your ovulation period.
